My phone is stuck on recovery whatever I do.

D410 V10C BOUGHT ON UAE(CM12 BY QUARX)

Here is what I did.
first I reverted to lg stock which is rooted (using my backup from twrp)
then I downloaded the software update(lollipop)
then play clash of clans a bit XD
download was done
then I was asked to install it now or later
I tapped now.
then I was hoping that it will install all by itself (like i'll just wait for 2 reboots that is expected)
but that did not happen
what happened was that the phone rebooted and rebooted to twrp. and nothing happens.
I can use the twrp though

Please help me I need a working phone.... I'm not rushing you guys but please if someone can ASAP.

What i tried so far.

I tried to restore my backup again.
but still every time i reboot i just keep on going on the recovery
why is that? how can i fix that? can I fix that on my phone only? or do i really need a computer.
will flashing kdz help me?
