[Q] Random crashes topic

Hi, I'm using the I9195 and after I rooted it, it keeps randomly crashing and rebooting. Most commonly when I'm using Chrome or some other app. If left alone the phone will not crash. Currently I'm using android 4.4.4 with Carbon Cyanogen mod. I have also been using their lollipop ROM, with the same problem. Anyone know what this is?
