I am unable to download pictures & videos on whatsapp on my wi fi connection. It works fine on other wi fi connections but not my wi fi connection. Have checked my settings and the appropriate boxes have been checked for pictures & videos on wi fi but this problem still persists. Can someone pls help in this regard. Thanks.
