[Q] Not phone ringing HTC M8 AndRoid 5.0.1 topic

i updated android Stock 5.0.1 HTC M8 last Week
have 1 problem
when somebody Call me my phone Does not Ringing and Vibrate ..
how ever if somebody Call me the Second time My phone is Ringing and i here the Ringtone Normally
Why i Have this Problem ?
Software Number : 4.16.401.10
Kernel Ver : 3.4.0 G6af28ec and @AbM101#1 SMP Preempt
