[Q] No notifications after unlock and root oneplus topic

Hi everyone.
I searched for this issue but i didt find it here so forgive me im repeating it again.
I have unlocked the bootloader and installed TWRP and SU also Xposed fm. I noticed then i am not getting notifications for some apps. someone suggested to me to install freedom apk to resolve the problem and i did that and yes i started to get back my all notifications. My question is how to fix this manually without installing freedom app which im not welling to keep it.
Its related to host file in ets as i could understand from my friend.
