[Q] HTC One M8 GPE Update Problem topic

Hello folks,

i've installed the 5.0.1 Lollipop GPE RUU on my HTC One M8 and tried now to install the 5.1 Update...

The Problem is, everything i've tried, it failed.
I tried the OTA (On the Phone under the Update Section there is no Update available and my Phone is on 5.0.1 so it doesnt even show the Update)
I downloaded it from GraffixNYC and tried to install it with RUU Flash but everytime it says : FAILED (remote: 90 hboot pre-update! please flush image again).

i dont know what to do... Please Help
