[Q] Htc Inspire 4g bricked ? topic

My htc inspire used to just shut down and reboot on its own , I took it to a store at teeing to get it fixed, they wiped the phone and installed a new stock room ,but no different took it back again , they told me they cannot , but a couple weeks after tried to turn on the device and it wouldn't come on, it won't response to charging nothing , I did a little research and I saw that not following rooting instructions properly could cause the phone to be bricked. So I believe that the device is bricked,it is totally unresponsive. Any help ?
