Hi,
i have now B708 Repack NeoArnet.V3 rom
and i wand to root, so i will be able to use more local.

how can i flash TWRP recovery?
i saw this

but its write there "Your phone needs to be on either KitKat Beta, B118CN or B120CN"
how can i do that?
