[Q] Getting Error "FAILED (status read failed (Too many links))" topic
So, I've been trying to return my phone to stock for a while now.
I've found the right RUU for and followed all the instructions here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-...ction-t3053944
However, I've been getting this error when trying to flash the RUU.zip into my phone.
After which it'll say: "fastboot.exe has stopped working".
I'm running InsertCoin 4.0.6 at the moment, and I'm already S-OFF, with the bootloader showing ***RELOCKED***
hboot version 1.54
Also, after it fails, my phone doesn't seem to be bricked. I can boot it up just find at it works just find despite the RUU failing.
