[Q] CWM and TWRP problems topic

Since i've been trying to update my phone i kind of broke it .. and now anytime i try to install a recovery either it doesn't work and shows a black screen ( CWM ) or i have some touch sensitivity problems and i can't get through the process i keep clicking and clicking with no response (TWRP) donno what's the problem but can anyone help ? i really need my phone back it's been 4 days now without it ...
