[Q] big problem.. topic

SOCIALIZE IT ⇨

i got a phone from my frenz that he has tried 20 times to unlock the pattern lock..

finally he lock his phone to the "what is your favorite movie" screen.. and there is no any remembered answer on his brain..

i have tried everything, but it wont work for me.. this phone not even have unlock developer option, cannot unlock bootloader (because i cant check available for unlocking bootloader *#*#7378423#*#* <--if not mistaken the number)..

so what should i do..

additional queation.. how to solve the problem for SONY PC Companion windows hotfix KB219XXX(<--not remember the number) on the screen when i want to go to repair phone/ tablet..
