i need a nandbackup with TWRP os the EFS partiton

While doing a flash the NAM got all zeros
I'm triyng to configura manually this values but i can't find the numbers to input.

If you have knowledge of this, i need the values of IMSI MDN MIN
See the screenshot... I need to fill this with the right values

Please someone help me out
