[Q] Android 5.1 Bluetooth unable to pair topic

I update my htc one m8 to Android 5.1 by flash a stock non-rooted img downloaded from
Graffixnyc(.com)

I used to have Android 5.0 on my m8, also flash img from the same website. Everything was good on 5.0. But after the update or the flash, my Bluetooth unable to pair with any device anymore. Specifically, it could "pair" with other devices, but right after the pair finished, the connection is lost. So far other functions are fine except Bluetooth.
I tried to flash the firmware 5.1 from the same website but it doesn't help.

Does anyone have the same issue here? Or do you have any idea?
