[Q] About the yureka snapdragon 615 msm 6989 chipset topic

SOCIALIZE IT ⇨

The snapdragon 615 chipset is 1.7ghz.
Then y does yureka have only 1.5ghz x4 cores and 1.0 ghz x4 cores?
Is it that there are different models of the snapdragon 615 chipset and yureka used the 1.5ghz one?
Or they have under clocked it to 1.5!
I dont know much about chipsets so if any1 could tell me about my querry then it would be helpful :)
