Problem with the Xperia Z2 rooting topic
Hi everyone , I had a little problem while rooting my xperia Z2 so I'm wondering if you can help me.
Actually , I followed every single step of the video concerning the rooting of the Xperia Z2 on the xdadevelopers channel (I can't post the link) , everthing went well until 6:06 , the Service Menu appears , I clicked on Service Info --> Configuration , then , when I do that , instead of having the Service Menu again I get the Configuration Menu displaying the IMEI , IMEI software version , available speech codecs until Rooting Status : Bootloader unlock Allowed : No
On top of it , in the Test VDC i get a "Failure" instead of "Success".
I tried rebooting my phone a couple of times but it didn't change anything , so i can't get SuperSU and the phone isn't rooted...
I don't know what do you anymore , I hope you'll be able to help me , thanks beforehand.
PS : I'm extremely sorry , I took some screenshots but I can't share them with you because I'm still new on the forum so I can't post links.
