No access to books. movies. games paid apps on google play topic

since I updated to lollipop and this on all devices and even on the web..whenI am connected to vpn I cannot see any other apps that free apps..i do not see books,movies. games or paid apps..
I am a expat and I use vpn to get apps from the UK...but now it is not possible..
is there an issue going on... even all my other devices got the same problems.
