missing chat heads option in messenger topic

My Facebook messenger is missing chat heads option and I have searched a lot and I didn't find any solution
messenger version : 24.0.0.17.13
device : SII plus I9105
Rom : Resurrection Remix LP v5.4.0
android version 5.1
this problem was also on android 5.0.2 on the same Rom
