i9500 odin flash fail topic

Hey guys! I have just tried to do this method to downgrade my i9500 to 4.4.2 from 5.0.1 but i got failed. I used different versions of odins and i9500 roms but i just cant flash any of them. It always says "fail" after i press start, or it says "setup connection..". I flashed stock 5.0.1 a lot of times but its not working this time..I cant even get recovery mode or reboot my phone, it says a "firmwarre error" message, i can only get the download mod so.
