K I want to buy a duel sim Android phone, I'd like it to be 4G. If never had a duel sim phone before so any help/advice would be great!

It been looking at some unbranded Chinese smartphones, wud I be silly to buy one of them?? Like vidz iv looked at, they seem good and cheap!! If I was to buy one has anyone got recommendations of ones that are good? Also can they be rooted and is there custom ROMs for them?

Now mainstream brands with duel sim... I like my moto phones, I have had the G, G 4G and the E. Is there a G with duel sim and 4G?? I have a budget of between 0/250 I'm open to more recommendations then the moto ranges, any advice will be much appreciated.
