Lollipop 5.0.2 hotspot not working since update (3 UK) topic

I use my hotspot every day for my work. Since updating my phone there is no Internet on either z2 tablet or my laptop. I'm getting Internet on my z2 phone without any trouble it's just that I don't get any Internet via hotspot. I have tried everything that I found on Internet, changing APN etc but it won't work.

Any suggestions? Otherwise I will downgrade to previous software this evening, will that be hard? Hotspot is absolutely essential for me and without it this phone is useless to me.
