Gear 2 - rooted, upgrade or no? topic

Hi All,

I've had my gear 2 for about a year and rooted it initially to disable camera sound. At some point when I moved, I lost the charger pod and just getting back to using the gear 2 after months. My question is if i should be updating the firmware, currently I have R380XXU0BNDD and I'm unable to update via Gear manager on my phone as it states " your gear has been modified, software update not available"

1. Should I worry about firmware update? anything new from the version I have
2. How do I go about restoring to factory OS so I can update and re-root. (btw factory reset from gear 2 menu doesn't un-root it)
