Confused on what's the newest lollipop rom and which would be the most stable topic

A lot of the roms I've been trying have had many issues. I have an unlocked verizon s5 (nondev) with an ATT sim.
What is the most stable, battery saving, debloated rom you use? Did you bother with lolli? If so, which lolli rom do you like?
