Best way to start fresh? topic

What would be the best way to start freshly rooted?

Right now I had to do a one click back to mc2 since that's all I had in my laptop and didn't have Internet (so I'm all the way back there)

[LINK][ROM][ODIN][TAR]SPH-L900 NE2 (NE2 Modem/Kernel/ROM - Stock)

And use Odin 3.07?

From there I would have root right?

Also I'm flashed to boost would flashing that interfere with anything.

Haven't used Odin (and really started over in awhile so I'm a tad bit lost)
