Hello HtcDesire820 user I will give Advice if you want you can take or let it go Do not root your phone and install recovery because there no custom recovery available yet it means If you install any recover you will can't get updates from HTC and lollipop is coming so first think and root and there no custom Rom available some people also facing problem after root user can't install busybox and some rooted apps
