Xperia P, Mobile Data wont turn on topic

I´m coming from CM 12. Did a downgrade to Stock JB yesterday. Since then the mobile data wont turn on anymore.
I tried: reflashing ROM, I´m having the right APN, relocked bootloader and flashed Stock via Sony PC Companion.
Had some issues in CM 12 (after stetting the Data to 2G only it wasnt possible to do a change to this) but it worked before i did the downgrade.

Any ideas?? Telephone calls works fine.
