So my wife rooted her note 3 while on 4.3. I wanted to update it and so I uninstalled towel root and unrooted with busy box and removed safestrap.. Tried downloading the OTA and it fails at 25%. Can someone point me in the right direction to get this fixed? I'm running Windows 7 and the MTP USB DRIVER fails to install every time... Used every port on the PC and every cord in the the house.... Wtf?
