Cut to the chase; here's the download: Verizon LG G3 VS985 12B_TO_23C_01.up FOTA files.7z.
I really hate to start a whole 'nother new thread just for this, but I also didn't want to stick this in the middle of some other thread where it'll get lost.
Regardless, if I've somehow missed this being posted elsewhere, let me know and I'll delete this thread.
I have no idea if anyone truely has any use or need for this, but maybe somebody will want it if they're not using a Verizon SIM and they don't want to KDZ fresh, and they're already on 100% completely stock 12B.
I will not be answering questions about how to use this or even what it is, at least not anytime very soon - I've been fortunately/unfortunately too busy to do what I'd like to do on my devices. Those who know how to use it know what it is. Those who don't know but wish to can find out elsewhere.
Who knows, maybe in a week's time or a month or two months, I'll start answering questions, but trust me, they're all answered in these sections already concerning OTA files/upgrades. :D
