Vpnarea and Openvpn no longer work on Galaxy Note 2014 Edition topic

VPNarea android app getting "nopocess" "nonetwork" and it will not connect using OpenVPN app, either. Nothing happens after I check and push I trust this application. *The correct profiles are imported.*Note; this has nout to do with my VPN provider as it works on all my other android devices.. If anyone has any input or a solution, it will be, by me, very much appreciated...

Here is some of what the OpenVPN log says:
Opening tun interface failed badly.
Error: command ‘1167 interface fwmark rule add tun0′ failed with ‘400 1167 Failed to add fwmark rule (Device or resource busy)’
On some custom ICS images the permission on /dev/tun might be wrong, or the tun module might be missing completely. For CM9 images try the fix ownership option under general settings
