Vodafone M7_UL with S-ON FW updating topic

Hello everyone. I recently purschased HTC M7 and i ran into some problems.
This phone is VODAP001 so as I assume it's vodafone.

At every ROM i try, I get issues that GAPPS or something else like settings stopped. People advised me that I should update my FW. How do I do that?
