Unable to download/update anything from PlayStore via WIFI topic

Suddenly from yesterday, unable to download/update any apps/games from Playstore via WIFI! working fine with 2G MOBILE DATA!
Altime it stucks at "Downloading" text with blue progress bar keep going from left to right!
Tried with many other devices, accounts, ROMs, i called Google Support but they still trying to fix this problem :crying:
Many people posted that need to allow google port server etc..
I think somehow google server is blocked by some security....how to allow it?
I dont understood that, any way to fix this weird issue?

MY ROUTER IS TP-LINK
PHONE IS XIAOMI REDMI 1s (tried with other devices also)

BLUESTACKS also unable to download apps from playstore!
