Udp streaming ( Loading/Receiving) Problem topic

Hello guys i am using this smart phone of QMobile Basically it's Wiko Ridge 4g but QMobile named it Z8 i am fed up because i am unable to stream udp connections on this device like ptcl smart iptv app or links of any udp connection it always stuck on loading i tried everything that came into my mind but no luck anybody have any knowledge or solution regarding the matter please share it Thank you.
