Trying out Cyanogenmod topic

I've decided to give Cyanogenmod and therefore will need to unlocl BL.

If i backup via TWRP on stock, can i restore this when on Cyanogenmod if i decide to come back to stock?

Or would i need to relock bootloader etc?
