Trouble upgrading hboot - S-Off topic

SOCIALIZE IT ⇨

See below output. Trying to upgrade only the Hboot. I don't have any firmware.zip's available for C Spire, but I do have an RUU (lollipop) that I think requires higher Hboot than what I currently have. What am I doing wrong?
