RRO Layers Theme for TouchWiz Contacts App. This can be applied by installing the Layers Manager App from Playstore. [link]

How To Install -> Install Layers Manager -> Copy attached Apk to SDCARD -> Open Manager -> Select Layer to Apply -> Apply Layer - > Reboot -> Done
