Texting Issues topic

I am having a crazy issue with text messaging. Some people are receiving them, others aren't. I can receive from everyone though. I am not sure how many others are not getting them, but it doesn't matter the network. For example, my one buddy his wife are on the same AT&T account. She receives the messages, but he doesn't. My other buddy and our manager are on the same T-Mobile account. Manager gets them, but my buddy doesn't. I'm talking with Verizon about it, but I thought I would come here where someone may actually know something. Anyone else having this issue?
