Stuttering and home screen scrolling feels laggy topic
Anyone else notice when scrolling through the home screens, it feels like it's laggy or scraping? Mine is not smooth at all Changing the dev options to .5 or 0 do nothing. Even in Chrome when scrolling through a website it is very laggy.
