Not sure where to suggest this at but if anyone is familiar with Stardock's program called Fences for Microsoft Windows, does anyone know if something simular exist for Android, especially on the Note 4's?

Imagine having groups of icons surrounded by a fence, how about Tap and Double-tap to get icons to appear.

Anyone have any opinions regarding this?
