SMS being receive with an extra number topic

So today every time I receive a message from anyone my phone adds a 1 to the beginning of the number making it an invalid number to respond to. So its sends the SMS out fine but when I receive a reply it separates it because the number doesn't match and I can't reply to it because it has to many digits. Anyone else experiencing this?
