SM-G900FD NFC problem topic

Hello guys, 1st of all, sorry my poor english. I got a Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900FD (Russian) with a NFC problem. The NFC won't turn off (it's greyed out), so it causes MASSIVE batery drain, also the cellphone gets very hot. I did a Factory reset, and everything was fine, till the NFC (for no reason) turned itslef on and the problem's back. I'll add a screenshot of the problem. Please help me to fix it!
