Service Unavailable Error since 4.4.2 topic

I cannot update OTA anymore because I keep getting service unavailable when I click check for updates.Try resetting my phone,wiping cache but can never fix it. Any tips will help.(or if someone has the second part of lollipop update. Cause No one has posted it yet)
