Screen not displaying correctly (Green block lines, moving down the screen) topic

Battery in phone is Stock Battery
What Happened
I was using Instagram on my Samsung Galaxy S4 (i9505), after leaving it for a few minutes. Upon returning and pressing the home button, the screen began to fill with green block lines moving down the screen (as on the video).
Current Issues
When I turn my phone on, the center of the screen is filled with green block lines moving down the screen (as on the video). Rather than showing my installed apps etc.
Videos and Screenshots
I have uploaded a video and screenshots of what my phone currently looks like on boot, after the above:
I've checked, there are no marks or damage to the screen.
And upon unscrewing the phone and looking at the motherboard etc., there doesn't seem to be any damage to the hardware either as below:
