Hi all,

Fresh out of ideas on this one. Trying to RUU back to stock coming from CM11. I relocked my bootloader before I started and put my phone in fastboot mode. However, everytime I run the RUU I get Error 155: Unknown error "please get the correct ROM udpate utility and try again", on the phone is displays ""Hboot version is older! Update fail!". My phone is currently 1.29.621.10 and I'm trying to flash the same version RUU. I've tried other version RUUs and they all fail (some for different reasons error reasons)!

Tried flashing stock boot and recovery via adb as suggested in a different thread but both failed and I still got error 155. I cant boot into fastboot as all I see is the HTC logo with "!" in the corners. I dont see the device listed when I "adb devices" and all by adb commands seemingly fail.

Any ideas?
