If someone is running stock KK rom, can they extract atciservice.apk and post it here? It should be in /system/app/ , I guess (the process is named com.mediatek.atci.service).
PS. Don't worry, it's just seems to be necessary for FM radio (I'm trying to get FM working on CM11), it's not "warez".
