Recent Apps Not Working Properly. topic

Hey guys! Sometimes my recent apps list will just dissapear and state "Your recent screens appear here." Whenever I try to reopen apps, recents continues to state the same. It takes a reboot to make it function properly again. Running VZW 5.1 with just root to tether. Anyone else experience this?
