I would like use VoIP with my phone and sms mms for a cheap cost I want a texting app for unlimited canada for android

i have the the current app

Fongo with text unlimited text 3$
MagicJack for the call unlimited canada 4$

i would like use one phone number for the text (sms mms ...)
