The lasted module to appear on the repository, WebViewGoogle (http://repo.xposed.info/module/net.typeblog.webview) claims it makes apps use the play store listed android system webview instead of the stock aosp webview.

What I want to know is that this module is necessary in CM12 (official nightlies), since CM seems to be fast to fix this kinds of kinks, and if wouldn't I achieve the same result freezing the aosp webview
