[Q] Volume increase application and limit it only for media player topic

Hey everyone,
I was wondering if there is an application out there that can increase the volume of the media only in certain applications? Like VLC or any other media player. I don't want to increase and have a heart attack when I hear the phone ring. I'm not limited with free or paid applications.
