[Q] the volume goes down on it's on and i miss calls topic

Since day one purchase, my volume goes all the way down and i miss calls continually. I move it back all the up and put the phone down, come back couple hours later and its all the way down again. Doesn't happen all the time, but at least several times a day. No, I am not touching the volume button at all. Can't find answers to this anywhere and Samsung plays it off like they never heard of it, but I see lots of people with the same gripe on other blogs. Anybody know what the deal is...I saw a lot of post on another site for the S4 having the same issues too.
