Hey everyone,

This is the first phone I've rooted, was given to my wife by a friend of ours. I want to put a custom rom on my wife's verizon s3, and even though it's rooted with a custom recovery on it, installation of both cyanogen mod and slimrom aborts every time. I've checked root checker and it says the root access is installed properly. I'm not totally fluent in this stuff, so I'm at a loss. I would love some suggestions please. BTW, we're in Israel. I changed the apn and the phone gets talk text and internet.
