I recently updated my G3 from 4.2.2. to 5.1 and now many of battery saving and general utility apps do not work. Prior to the updated I had used Stumproot to root the phone and was using apps such as Titanium Backup, Greenify, Juice Defender, and GSAM to delete excessive bloatware and maintain a longer battery life, among other things. Now not only does Stumproot not work (rooted with via another method that I can't recall the name of right now), but none of these apps seem to work any longer and now I having a hard time deleting bloat and maintaining the battery life I was used to.

Titanium Backup give me a "apk file not found" error when trying to uninstall anything.
Greenify and juice defender crash intermittently and don't seem to mitigate battery drain like they did before

Is there some way of getting these apps to work again or perhaps alternatives that could be suggested?
